Multimodal Analysis for Universal Smart Room Applications

Abstract This paper presents a multimodal system incorporating smart room technologies (SRT) for conference room applications. Although, the audio-visual analysis requires only rather basic equipment, the system works reliably and supports various applications such as recognizing persons using different modalities, localizating visible speakers, controlling the camera view and summarizing the AV data.This paper presents a multimodal system incorporating smart room technologies (SRT) for conference room applications.
